We're opening a new 300,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Prince George, VA, that will support the growing energy infrastructure industry. As a Quality Inspector, you'll help inspect critical power management and control systems used in data centers, utilities, and industrial power applications. Pay: $21.00 Schedule: 6:00am-2:30pm Job Summary The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring products meet established quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. This role performs inspections of mechanical and electrical assemblies, verifies compliance with specifications and work instructions, and supports production teams in delivering safe, high-quality products. The inspector identifies and documents nonconformances while ensuring components such as valves, fittings, hoses, tubing, wiring, and electrical connections are assembled according to engineering and quality requirements.

Conduct in-process and final inspections of assemblies, subassemblies, and components. Verify compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, work instructions, and quality standards. Inspect mechanical and electrical assemblies for proper installation and workmanship. Perform visual inspections, measurements, lot sampling, and first article inspections. Identify, document, and escalate quality concerns and nonconformances. Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality documentation. Support production teams in maintaining product quality and process compliance. Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Minimum 1 year of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment required. Manufacturing, assembly, production, or quality experience preferred. Basic computer skills and experience using manufacturing systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and workmanship issues. Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations. Blueprint and engineering drawing interpretation preferred. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. The hourly pay range for this role is $14.86 - $26.73.
