D&O Broker About the Role We are looking for an ambitious and technically strong D&O broker to join our Global Broking Centre (GBC) team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in Directors' & Officers' Liability or related financial and professional lines to be part of a strong team working on complex placements for major corporate and multinational clients. Working alongside experienced brokers and client leaders you will help design, place and manage D&O/ML programmes. This role will develop your technical expertise, market profile and client engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities
Support or lead the design and delivery of D&O/ML placement strategies that meet client needs and deliver excellent outcomes. Negotiate with London and international insurers on coverage, pricing and policy terms. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders. Provide technical support across D&O and related management liability products, including Employment Practices Liability, Crime/Fidelity and Fiduciary Liability. Be accountable for the placement process for your client portfolio from market submissions through to binding and post-placement servicing. Work closely with Claims, Coverage and client-facing teams to deliver value-added solutions. Support new business opportunities, client presentations and market-facing initiatives to support our growth objectives. Share knowledge and collaborate with colleagues across Aon to support business growth and colleague development. Maintain high standards of compliance, governance and professionalism in all aspects of your work.
What You'll Bring
Experience in D&O, Financial Lines, Professional Lines, management liability or a related insurance discipline. Strong technical and analytical skills with a desire to build on these skills as technology develops. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. A proactive and collaborative approach to problem solving. Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. A commercial mindset and commitment to outstanding delivery.
