Our commitment extends beyond business success as we strive to build sustainable processes that minimize environmental impact and foster vibrant and diverse communities around the globe.   岗位职责 1. 作为产品电子设计领域的技术负责人，为产品设计与开发提供整体技术领导与专业决策支持； 2. 具备消费类电子产品经验，智能家居（Smart Home）类产品经验者优先。 3. 负责定义、创建并维护完整的设备工程技术规格，包括但不限于： - 电子相关设计规范 - 3D CAD 数据（与结构/机械团队协同） - 零部件及整机装配图纸 - BOM（物料清单） - 材料定义、外购器件选择 - 关键尺寸及技术参数管理 4. 直接与客户协作推进 PCBA 相关产品开发工作，包括但不限于： - 可替代物料（AVL/ALT）选择与评估 - PCBA 重新 Layout 可行性分析 - 现有设计的精益化（Lean Design）改进 - 面向成本降低（Cost Reduction）的设计优化方案制定与评估 5. 能够独立完成设计方案的技术方案制定、评估和输出； 6. 同时可与跨职能团队高效协作，包括但不限于： - 研发团队（RD） - 供应链团队（SCM） - 制造与工程团队（Manufacturing / ME / PE） 以支持产品从设计到量产全过程的顺利推进。 7. 在项目中识别关键技术风险，推动问题闭环解决，支持 NPI 到量产阶段的工程稳定性与可制造性。 任职能力要求 1. 扎实的电子设计基础及量产导向的工程思维 2. 能在客户与内部团队之间承担技术接口与决策角色 3. 具备跨团队沟通与推动能力，能在不确定环境中做出工程判断 4. 熟悉消费电子产品开发流程，理解成本、质量、交期之间的平衡 5. 熟练英语能力     BE AWARE OF FRAUD: When applying for a job at Jabil you will be contacted via correspondence through our official job portal with a jabil.com e-mail address; direct phone call from a member of the Jabil team; or direct e-mail with a jabil.com e-mail address.
