Are you a strategic procurement leader with a passion for supplier partnerships, innovation, and business transformation? We are looking for an Executive Manager, Category Procurement to shape and execute global category strategies that deliver value, agility, quality, and resilience across our supply network. The role is based in Wollerau, Switzerland. What You Will Do Develop and lead global third-party procurement category strategies aligned with enterprise objectives. Manage strategic supplier relationships and drive supplier performance, innovation, and risk management. Lead complex commercial negotiations to deliver cost savings, cash flow improvements, and business value. Optimize the supplier portfolio while ensuring quality, continuity, and speed-to-market. Partner with senior stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, R&D, Finance, Quality, and Brand teams. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing procurement team. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or a related field. Proven success managing strategic supplier relationships and complex negotiations. Strong leadership experience, including team development and stakeholder influence. Demonstrated ability to drive measurable financial and operational results in a global environment. APICS, CPIM, Six Sigma, or related certifications are a plus.
