Territory Supervisor, Endoscopy

Execute territory sales plans to achieve assigned sales revenue and profitability targets. Support the development and implementation of local sales strategies by identifying market needs, trends, and growth opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, business partners, and distributors to grow market share. Prospect and secure new customer accounts to expand the territory customer base. Analyze sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasts to identify opportunities and address business challenges. Monitor market dynamics, customer purchasing behaviors, and competitor activities, and provide regular business insights. Gather and communicate customer feedback to improve service quality and support portfolio expansion initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions and achieve territory objectives.

Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of sales and/or marketing experience within the medical device or healthcare industry, preferably in a Territory Supervisor or similar commercial role. Experience in the healthcare products or medical device industry, with direct exposure to implantable devices and consumable products sales.

Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field. Direct sales experience in Endoscopy products is highly advantageous. Experience working with hospitals, healthcare providers, distributors, or channel partners Travel Percentage: None
