Overview: The Contamination Control Section Manager role is an outstanding opportunity to lead a dedicated team in Taiwan. You will play a pivotal role in improving AMC, Particle & ESD DL control, optimizing new programs for MAU and FFU, and conducting FAB process contamination analysis. Join us in driving excellence!

Partner with various departments to develop strategies supporting MAU AMC control and FAB AMC/Process filter. Coordinate AMC method development along with the validation and management of new tool releases. Manage CC performance metrics and safety protocols. Foster strong internal and external relationships to establish benchmarks and standard methodologies in OMT. Lead, engage, and motivate a team of ambitious professionals. Set section goals and drive accountability to successfully implement strategies. Include AI capabilities and AI-enabled ways of working in the job description. This supports Micron's AI transformation strategy and helps ensure the role remains aligned with future workforce and talent requirements.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Chemistry, Chemical Industry, Engineering, or relevant fields. Proven knowledge and experience in FAB Contamination Control, Chemical analysis, or FAB processes. Strong communication and soft skills. Demonstrated growth mindset.

Advanced degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Experience in AMC method development and contamination control tools. Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
