Complies with managerial requirements for core tasks for the support function of the Utility Equipment Repair & Maintenance unit, and follows routine administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. Organizes collective data relative to the technical implementation, modification and ongoing monitoring of the quality, safety and efficiency of discrete production of unit-based items assembled from component parts. Helps develop operational control standards and maintenance of equipment to assess conformance with engineering specifications, including critical parts, components. Helps identify and escalates technical problems to eleminate the issue, by applying tool of monitoring gauges and other indicators but not limited to of respective equipment and machinery performance. Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo. Makes key day-to-day contributions as a support individual team member who analyzes and executes tasks that are typically routine. Associate will take the ownership of operation & maintenance of hard services utility components and uptime all utility’s services delivered to the user within Johnson & Johnson Aurangabad location. This includes the management of customer interface within the designated area of an estate; ensuring efficient service delivery for day to-day running of the sites, and provision of a consistent strong link with internal customers, guaranteeing appropriate and responsive reaction to address any and all internal stakeholders concerns.• Facilities & Maintenance operations to meet requirements under GMP, EHS.
