About this Role Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Systems Operations Engineer to support and enhance critical enterprise messaging, collaboration, and regulated communication platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring platform reliability, operational excellence, service resiliency, and continuous improvement across globally distributed environments. The successful candidate will provide advanced technical expertise, lead operational initiatives, drive automation opportunities, and collaborate with engineering, architecture, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient technology solutions. In this role, you will: Lead or participate in managing all installed systems and infrastructure within the Systems Operations functional area Contribute in increasing system efficiencies and lowering the human intervention time on related tasks Review and analyze moderately complex operational support systems, application software, and system management tools to ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability Work with vendors and other technical personnel for problem resolution Lead team to meet technical deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of technical process controls or standards Collaborate with vendors and other technical personnel to resolve technical issues and achieve highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree holder with 4+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, infrastructure platforms, and mission-critical production environments Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 technologies, Azure, enterprise messaging platforms, and monitoring/observability tools Proven background in incident management, operational support, automation, troubleshooting, and process improvement within large-scale enterprise environments Knowledge of cloud operations, high availability, disaster recovery, capacity planning, and enterprise security controls Experience with PowerShell, SQL, or similar automation tools, with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with Agile, ITIL, change management, problem management, and working across global teams in fast-paced operational environments Candidate must be amenable to working on a shifting schedule (mid and graveyard shifts) and a hybrid work arrangement based in McKinley Hill, Taguig City Job Expectations Provide advanced operational support for enterprise messaging and collaboration platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability Lead major incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and preventive remediation efforts Drive operational excellence through SRE practices, automation, process optimization, and continuous service improvement Partner with engineering, architecture, security, and infrastructure teams to enhance platform resiliency, scalability, and modernization Support cloud transformation, technology upgrades, infrastructure migrations, and disaster recovery initiatives Leverage monitoring and observability tools to proactively
