Inside Salesperson 1

Take sales inquiries over phone, fax, email or walk-in. Price these inquiries effectively and efficiently. Is responsible for ensuring all customer requirements can be met or resolve differences with customers prior to accepting order. Purchase raw material for stock and for Buy-Outs to related Sales Orders. Maintain open communication with customers as any concerns arise. Ensure feedback, including complaints, from customers are forwarded to management. Answer incoming phone calls if receptionist is not available. Authorized to and responsible for: the development of Work Orders; and revisions to Work Orders as necessary. Authorized to and responsible for: the disposition of non conforming product; and obtaining concession from customer when necessary.

Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Skills: Good customer service, math, promptness, attention to detail are all “must haves”.

Range The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $48,000.00/Yr. - USD $55,000.00/Yr. depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
