Fuel your passion The Field Specialist General role supports Well Testing Projects by providing senior wellsite supervision, coordinating field crews and third-party interfaces, verifying equipment and material readiness, overseeing safe rig-up and rig-down activities, and ensuring high-quality execution of well testing scope of work. This role acts as a senior technical and operational reference at the wellsite and works closely with customers, supervisors, engineers, maintenance, logistics, HSE, and field crews to deliver safe, compliant, and efficient project performance. As the Field Specialist General – Well Testing Project, you will have the following responsibilities: • Supervise end-to-end well testing project execution at the wellsite, including pre-job preparation, equipment mobilization, rig-up, pressure testing, well flow operations, sampling, data acquisition, flowback, clean-up, rig-down, and demobilization. • Lead and coordinate field crews, operators, subcontractors, and third-party service providers to ensure safe work execution, clear task allocation, effective shift handover, and alignment with the approved well testing program. • Verify readiness and safe operation of well testing equipment, including test separators, choke manifolds, flowlines, burners, tanks, sand management equipment, pressure control equipment, emergency shutdown systems, data acquisition systems, and associated surface testing packages. • Supervise critical well testing activities such as pressure testing, well opening and shut-in, flow period execution, rate stabilization, sampling, sand monitoring, flare management, fluid handling, and well control interface activities in line with customer and regulatory requirements. • Monitor wellsite parameters, including pressure, temperature, flow rate, choke size, fluid properties, sand production, separator performance, gas rate, liquid rate, and operational trends; escalate abnormal conditions and lead immediate corrective actions. • Review and control field documentation, including daily reports, well testing reports, job tickets, equipment checklists, pressure test charts, calibration records, sampling records, HSE reports, lessons learned, and close-out documentation. • Ensure full compliance with Baker Hughes HSE standards, customer site requirements, permit-to-work systems, SIMOPS controls, pressure control requirements, lifting plans, environmental controls, and stop-work authority expectations. • Act as the senior wellsite contact for operational updates, technical concerns, safety matters, equipment status, manpower planning, customer communication, and continuous improvement opportunities throughout the project lifecycle. To be successful in this role, you will: • Have a high school diploma, technical diploma, or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, with strong practical field experience in oil and gas well testing operations. • Have a minimum of 15 years’ experience in oil and gas well testing, surface testing, production testing, flowback, clean-up, or related wellsite service operations, including significant experience in supervisory or
