Consulting - Regulatory Compliance COE – Manager As part of our Consulting – we are looking for consulting professional to support delivery of regulatory compliance engagements, including framework implementation, compliance monitoring, and internal audit reviews. The role will contribute to building and operationalizing a Regulatory Compliance COE, including development of compliance databases and supporting client engagements. Roles and Responsibilities:
Design and implement regulatory compliance monitoring frameworks including compliance organisation structure, control framework, policies and procedures, employee trainings, and compliance communication program, tailored to client size, industry, and geography. Monitor regulatory changes: monitor new regulations/changes to existing regulations across focus industries. Develop regulatory compliance libraries / databases categorized by industry, geography, and regulatory applicability Lead client delivery for regulatory change management with a focus on analysing the impact of new regulations / changes to existing regulations; support and guide team in developing controls to comply with new regulations for clients, industry and region as applicable. Regulatory risk assessments and audits : Lead internal audit, compliance reviews and control testing, to assess effectiveness of regulatory adherence and control frameworks for clients Lead and mentor staff and seniors in compliance COE team (compliance, audit, research, analytics) Support delivery of client engagements including compliance assessments, implementation programs, and remediation initiatives Develop thought leadership and market-facing insights on regulatory compliance trends, automation, and best practices Drive innovation through use of AI / digital tools in compliance monitoring, obligation tracking, and reporting

Strong ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable business controls Strong understanding of risk, internal controls, and regulatory compliance frameworks Ability to design scalable compliance architectures and operating models Strong oral and written communication skills, with particular attention to precision of language and ability to organize information logically. Professional certification (CCEP/CFE/CIPP/CA/CS /CIA/CISA) preferred (degree in Business, Accounting, or work experience in risk and internal audit team of Big 4 preferred). Proven competence for meeting deadlines, multi-tasking and managing work under ambiguity/uncertainty (e.g., changing factors, limited information) Experience supervising junior team members and reviewing their work Ability to prioritize deliverables effectively to achieve optimum results. Proficient in MS-Office Suite, data analysis & validation. Experience in using databases such as one-source, Thomson Reuters, Lexis Nexis etc.
What you will need
Master's (Management, Economics, Finance, MBA etc.) or a Degree in Law (LLB). 5+ years of research and/or management consulting and/or risk management experience Experience supporting compliance programs, audits, or risk advisory engagements At least 3 Years of Hands-on experience in internal audit, compliance reviews, or regulatory analysis Experience in internal controls, internal audit, risk management and compliance reviews Knowledge of industry specific compliance requirements At least 2 years of experience in leading and managing a team of researchers.
