Your Impact
Reporting to the Development Supervisor, as a Development Charge-Up team member, you will play an essential role in executing blasting operations. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Charge-Up machines, loading explosives into designated development faces and stope holes, and carrying out blasting tasks in alignment with detailed drill plans. This position forms part of a high-performing crew committed to safety, accuracy, and operational excellence.
