Objective As a Senior Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and inclusive interview experience. You’ll partner with recruiters, managers, and interviewers, using advanced scheduling tools to drive efficiency, consistency, innovation, and joy throughout the candidate journey. Job Functions
Coordinate and manage complex and high-volume of vacancies (internal and external), interviews schedules in plant and using automated tools integrated with Success Factors, Outlook, LinkedIn and external work partners. Recruitment support for all type of positions. Serve as the primary contact for hiring managers and requestors for vacancies. Manage scheduling actions, including reschedules, substitutions, and cancellations, while maintaining data accuracy and scheduling issues such as availability conflicts, time zone discrepancies, and automation errors. Communicate proactively with HR Manager and recruitment team to prevent conflicts and ensure clarity. Track interview feedback, NDA signatures, and other hiring documentation to maintain compliance. Mentor and train recruiting team on best practices for automation, calendar management, and candidate communication. Track and report on recruitment metrics and pipeline activity Lead or participate in initiatives to improve team efficiency and candidate satisfaction.
SKILLS
5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience, ideally in manufacturing companies with high volume of vacancies. Knowledge of metallurgical, plastic and packing processes. Strong sourcing and pipeline development skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Comfort working onsite in Aguascalientes FINSA Park.
