Your impact

As a Supervisor, Engineering, Tailings, you'll lead the planning and execution of critical construction activities supporting Newmont Boddington Gold's Tailings Storage Facility (RDA). Working closely with contractors, engineers and operational stakeholders, you will ensure tailings dam construction and earthworks programs are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with quality, regulatory and operational requirements.

As part of our team you will

• Lead construction planning and scheduling activities for the Tailings Storage Facility and associated infrastructure projects.

• Coordinate contractors, consultants and site stakeholders to ensure works are executed safely, efficiently and in accordance with design specifications and quality management plans.
