Center of Excellence - Marketing Services Manager Job Description: This mid-level leadership role heads the company’s internal “marketing agency” (Center of Excellence) for North America. This Manager will lead a team of marketing professionals across creative, digital, campaign management, and media – executing high-volume marketing programs for internal stakeholders and partners.

Overseeing end-to-end campaign production - digital, creative and content execution Ensuring all marketing initiatives are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget Driving operational efficiency through standardized workflows, capacity planning, and continuous process improvements Managing team capacity and resource allocation – e.g. conducting regular capacity utilization analyses to anticipate workload peaks and adjust resources as needed Serving as a people manager – coaching and developing a multidisciplinary team of marketers and creatives Financial and performance accountability – treating the Marketing CoE as a profit center that’s managing budgets, expenses vs. revenue (or cost recoveries), and forecasting financial performance.
