Role Description As a Senior Consultant within Capital Programmes, you will support the delivery of complex capital projects and programmes, helping clients improve project performance, governance, delivery confidence, and business outcomes. You will lead workstreams, provide insight-driven recommendations, manage client relationships, and contribute to the growth of Arcadis' Capital Programmes capability. Role Accountabilities
Lead and deliver workstreams across capital projects and programmes under the guidance of senior leaders. Conduct research, analyse data, and develop insights to inform client recommendations and solutions. Support the development of business cases, delivery strategies, governance frameworks, and programme improvement initiatives. Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, workshops, and client-facing materials. Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and contribute to influencing programme and project outcomes. Support business development activities, including bid preparation, proposals, and identifying growth opportunities. Lead project and internal initiatives that support clients and the wider Capital Programmes team. Coach and mentor junior team members and contribute to team development. Develop expertise across project delivery, programme management, transformation, and capital investment advisory services. Deliver high-quality outcomes that improve project performance, efficiency, and value for clients.
Qualifications & Experience
5-8 years' experience delivering capital programmes, project management, transformation, or business advisory solutions.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Experience developing insights, recommendations, and client-facing deliverables. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Experience managing relationships with client stakeholders and project teams. Ability to lead workstreams and manage competing priorities. Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting junior colleagues. Knowledge of programme governance, project delivery, portfolio management, or capital investment environments. Degree qualified in a relevant discipline. Relevant professional accreditation or chartership is desirable.
