We are seeking a senior MV/LV Field Service Technician who can lead complex site service delivery, provide expert technical support, coordinate field teams and customers, and help build Eaton's growing Power Distribution service business across ANZ. What Sets This Role Apart Fully maintained company vehicle and all tools provided Blend of hands-on technical work and field leadership responsibilities Exposure to critical infrastructure and complex MV/LV systems High visibility position with strong customer engagement Opportunity to help build Eaton's growing MV/LV Service business Career progression beyond a traditional Field Service Engineer role The Work Commission, test and maintain MV/LV equipment. Troubleshoot complex power distribution systems. Lead field teams and service partners. Drive safe and compliant site operations. Support customers with technical expertise. Prepare service and commissioning documentation. Coach technicians and develop service capability. What You Bring A Grade Electrical Licence 5+ years MV/LV field service, Electrician or commissioning technician experience Sound knowledge of MV/LV systems and safety, strong commissioning and fault-finding capability Proven leadership and customer-facing skills Ability to interpret technical drawings and reports Willingness to travel across ANZ sites We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
