Who we're looking for   Toyota Financial Services' Enterprise Platform Technology department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Senior Product Manager to lead our Enterprise Shared Services (ESS) team. ESS builds and operates the reusable platforms and services that power TFS's core business operations — from document management and intelligent processing to enterprise digital identity, tokenization, customer communications, and application building blocks. We eliminate fragmentation by delivering cloud-native, AI-enabled shared services that serve every TFS domain — Originations, Servicing, Banking, VPP, and beyond — so teams build faster, operate securely, and scale without reinventing the wheel. If you want to work on high-impact, enterprise-scale platforms that touch every line of business at one of the world's largest auto finance companies, ESS is where that work happens.   The primary responsibility of this role is to own product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for the ESS portfolio — including customer/visitor/dealer profile platforms, customer communications, document management, and NFR compliance — ensuring every shared service is adopted, measured, and continuously improving.   Reporting to the Product Director, the person in this role will support the Enterprise Platform Technology department's objective to deliver enterprise-grade, reusable platform capabilities that accelerate application delivery, reduce duplication, and strengthen security and compliance posture across Toyota Financial Services.   We're looking for someone who is obsessed with the customer, makes decisions with data, and moves with the urgency of a startup inside one of the world's most trusted brands.
