Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant Job Code: 44395 Location: Salt Lake City, UT Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days- totaling 80 hours worked- and have every other Friday off Job Description: L3Harris is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive executive‑level support to senior leaders across Operations, HR, Legal, Finance, and Strategy. This role requires a proactive, highly organized professional who can anticipate needs, manage shifting priorities, and execute tasks with precision in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner to leadership, demonstrating sound judgment, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism. Essential Functions: • Provide high-level executive administrative support to leaders across Operations, HR, Legal, Finance, and Strategy, anticipating needs and proactively prioritizing work. • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, conflict resolution, and overall time optimization. • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics, and required documentation. • Plan and execute onsite and offsite meetings, events, and conferences, managing all logistics end-to-end. • Serve as the primary point of contact for the executive office, handling communications, calls, and correspondence with professionalism and tact. • Prepare, edit, and distribute executive-level communications, presentations, and company-wide announcements. • Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of discretion and judgment. • Maintain administrative operations including expense reporting, mail administration, filing systems, and general office workflows. • Build and sustain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels. • Support project coordination and priority management, navigating multiple tasks, shifting deadlines, and unexpected needs with flexibility and composure. • Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. • Work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating customer focus, adaptability, and willingness to take on evolving responsibilities. • Perform other related duties as assigned to support leaders and organizational priorities.
Qualifications
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/associate’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience. Preferred Additional Skills: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, SharePoint, Teams) • Experience with calendar management systems and corporate travel booking platforms • Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and processes • Proven success managing complex event planning and logistics • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize and multitask in response to changing business needs • High degree of initiative with a proactive approach to anticipating and addressing needs • Comfortable operating in a
