"  Job Summary-   We are seeking an accomplished Agentic AI Manager to lead and oversee our   Agentic   AI initiatives. With over 8 years of experience, the ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in advanced machine learning technologies, GenAI, and agentic AI frameworks. This role involves the development, implementation, and optimization of large-scale industrial AI architectures, with a keen focus on ethical AI and permission-based data retrieval. You will manage cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient AI solution delivery aligned with organizational goals.

Lead and manage the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions   Ensure adherence to ethical AI practices and implementation of AI guardrails   Drive innovation by integrating the latest AI advancements into project solutions   Document best practices, procedures, and methodologies for team knowledge sharing   Mandatory skill sets:     Comprehensive hands-on knowledge of Python and machine learning models   Proficiency in deep learning, transformer architectures, and GenAI frameworks like   llamaindex   and   langchain   Experience with ethical AI practices, Guardrails.AI, and permission-based data retrieval   Strong understanding of LLMs, SLMs, and parameters, including fine-tuning RAG outputs   Proven experience in large-scale industrial AI architecture   Strong understanding of Data Engineering concepts such as ETL, Databricks, and Snowflake   Preferred skill sets:     Exemplary problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail   Strong leadership and communication skills, emphasizing collaborative teamwork   Innovative and proactive mindset for developing high-impact AI solutions     Years of experience  required :     4-7 Years Education qualification:     BE/B.Tech/ /MCA/Mtech Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Bachelor of Technology, Master of Business
