Compiles and validates data, identifies trends or exceptions, and translates findings into clear updates for program leaders and stakeholders.
Assists with execution of sustainment mechanisms, recurring communications, resource updates, reinforcement activities, and process documentation for Learning/HR programs.
Creates, maintains, proofreads, and edits learner, facilitator, and stakeholder communications, job aids, templates, internal pages, and procedural documentation to ensure accuracy and high quality.
Manages materials fulfillment and coordinates required third-party vendors or assessment providers.
Works effectively with Learning Technology, Implementation, Program Management, Communications, other Centers of Excellence, facilitators, vendors, and business stakeholders as needed.
