What is the Physician Pathways Program? This program is designed for physicians in their final year of residency or fellowship who have accepted a future Primary Care position with Optum. Participants remain in their training program while receiving mentorship, professional development, and financial support as they prepare for full-time practice. The program requires only 1-3 hours per month and does not interfere with training responsibilities.

PGY3 or Chief Resident in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics Residency Desire to practice outpatient primary care in Eugene, OR Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $40.00 - $60.00 per hour. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
