We believe people should love what they do – in this role, you will be responsible for:

+ Interfaces with internal functional groups and systems in performance of the assigned Quality Engineering tasks

+ Performs quality planning activities including development of Quality Plan, Quality Assurance Directive and Inspection Plan documents as required by the assigned project\(s\)

+ Accumulation and compilation of

+ Support nonconforming material documentation

+ Interfaces with Supplier Quality Engineering to provide guidance and support for supplier issues

+ Uses knowledge in reviewing customer contracts and design standards, responsible for requirements analysis, identification and definition of inspection tools and techniques to define inspection requirements

+ Participates in process improvement activities through monitoring, root cause investigations, auditing, failure analysis

+ Participates in developing fabrication/build processes and standards

+ Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering or Materialial Science

+ Knowledge of statistical techniques and applications

+ Ability to organize and prioritize assigned tasks

+ Effective written and oral communication skills, good interpersonal skills
