Key Responsibilities Discovery & Assessment

Lead infrastructure discovery activities across SD-WAN, Wireless, Routing & Switching, and Firewall environments. Perform inventory validation, topology mapping, dependency analysis, and documentation. Analyse existing network architecture and identify risks, gaps, and optimisation opportunities. Utilize automation tools, scripts, and monitoring platforms to baseline the environment.

Transition Activities

Support knowledge transfer (KT), shadow support, reverse shadowing, and transition execution. Develop and maintain SOPs, operational runbooks, and support
