KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate – Infrastructure Project Advisory (Strategy & Technology) in Infrastructure and Projects Advisory for our Deal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of infrastructure advisory engagements focused on asset management, operations, and technology strategy for public and private sector clients

• Lead client workshops, interviews, and requirements-gathering activities to assess business processes and operational needs

• Contribute to proposals, presentations, and business development initiatives that support practice growth

• Assist with the implementation of enterprise asset management and risk management technologies, including requirements definition, testing, and configuration

• Develop governance documentation, SOPs, policies, process maps, and analytical insights to support organizational transformation efforts

• Mentor junior team members while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes

• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of recent, relevant experience in critical infrastructure, rail/transit operations, asset management, or technical consulting roles

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in engineering, business, finance, planning, computer science, or a related technology field is required

• Strong foundational knowledge of rail/transit maintenance practices, asset lifecycle stages, or public infrastructure business models

• Experience with technology deployment activities: business process mapping, drafting system requirements, or working directly with databases and EAM systems (exposure to IBM Maximo is a strong asset)

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research capabilities, with the ability to manage large datasets and present complex information clearly and strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience drafting technical reports, structured SOPs, or formal documentation

• Interest or active participation in professional societies like the Institute of Asset Management (IAM) is preferred

• Willingness and ability to travel
