Lead Principal Technical Program Manager

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is scaling rapidly to support the next generation of AI and large-scale enterprise workloads. We are seeking a Senior Principal Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-organizational cloud delivery initiatives spanning OCI services, networking, compute, storage, engineering, operations, and infrastructure.

In this role, you will translate strategic customer and business requirements into integrated execution plans across multiple OCI organizations. You will establish the governance, dependencies, milestones, and decision-making mechanisms needed to move large-scale cloud solutions from concept through production deployment.

The ideal candidate is a systems-oriented leader with strong technical judgment who can align senior stakeholders, manage critical dependencies, resolve ambiguity, and drive execution across organizational boundaries without direct authority.
