About the Role
In this role, you will support the Men’s Design team in bringing seasonal product to life by helping manage the day-to-day organization, coordination, and execution of the design process. You will play an important role in keeping the team organized, maintaining accurate product information, preparing for key milestones, and ensuring samples, materials, and design tools are ready when needed. This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to learn within a fast-paced creative environment. You will work closely with Designers and cross-functional partners, helping create the structure and efficiency that allows the broader Men’s Design team to focus on creative concepting and product development.
What You'll Do
Support the Men’s Design team with the day-to-day coordination and administration of the seasonal design and product development process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date design information across seasonal tools, trackers, presentation boards, and internal systems. Support Designers with sketch updates, BOM updates and basic design packages as directed. Assist with the creation and maintenance of presentation boards, product overviews, and other materials needed for seasonal reviews, milestone meetings, and leadership presentations. Help prepare for fittings, product reviews, and cross-functional meetings by organizing samples and materials, capturing updates, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed. Maintain organization of seasonal design assets, including fabrics, trims, color standards, artwork, samples, and reference materials. Assist with market and competitive research as needed, including gathering and organizing relevant product, trend, and competitive information for the Design team. Proactively identify opportunities to improve organization, communication, and workflow across the Men’s Design team. Take on additional tactical and administrative design responsibilities as needed to support the broader team and seasonal workload.
Who You Are
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, product categories, and seasons simultaneously. Proactive and resourceful, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and follow through to completion. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across a large, fast-paced creative organization. Comfortable working with changing priorities and responding quickly to the needs of the Design team. Strong visual sensibility and an interest in apparel, product, fashion, and the Old Navy customer. Basic understanding of apparel design, garment construction, fabrication, color, and product development processes. Basic Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Clo 3D, Miro and Microsoft Outlook preferred. Eagerness to learn, ask questions, receive feedback, and grow within the Design organization.
