Business Intelligence Analyst

Hungry, Humble, Honest, with Heart. The Opportunity We are seeking a talented and driven Business-Intelligence Engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for analysing complex data sets and deriving actionable insights that support data-driven decision making. We are looking for candidates with a strong foundation in Business Intelligence, expertise in AI tools, and strong problem-solving skills.    About the Team The GTM BI Team at Nutanix supports the Go-To-Market leadership team with analytics, insights, and reporting that drive growth, customer retention and productivity. This team is critical part of the operating rhythm of the company.    Your Role Deliver Deep Insights:   Develop deep AI powered quantitative and qualitative insights to support executive decision making.  Deliver Interactive-Insights:   Build interactive dashboards and conversational intelligence tools to help our Go-To-Market executives and frontline teams drive the business.  Build robust metrics:   Partner closely with business leaders to define impactful Go-To-Market KPIs that measure growth, retention, productivity, and other strategic focus areas.  Strengthen data foundation:   Partner closely with our Data-Engineering team to build a scalable, secure and zero-error data foundation.  Early-Warning Systems:   Develop AI powered early warning agents that spot patterns and identify areas for intervention.    What You Will Bring Bachelor's or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related areas.  Mandatory: 8 to 12+ years of professional experience in a relevant domain. Experience building interactive or conversational analytics solutions using tools like Wisdom.ai, Alteryx or Thoughspot.  Strong skills in Prompt Engineering and experience using AI-powered coding tools such as Cursor.ai, Copilot or Claude.  Experience in delivering deep insights using LLMs like Gemini, Copilot, or Claude.  Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools such as Python, React, SQL, Pandas, or Spark.  Ability to absorb business context quickly and work with senior stakeholders.  Good communication skills.  Strong design sense.  --
