Role
Overview We are seeking a highly technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of digital products within CTI-MD. This role is ideal for a product professional who combines strong product management fundamentals with hands-on technical expertise and can effectively bridge business, engineering, data, and operations teams. The successful candidate will own products from discovery through delivery and adoption, partnering closely with scientists, business stakeholders, engineers, architects, data teams, and quality teams to solve complex business challenges within the pharmaceutical and life sciences domain. This is a hands-on role. While the primary responsibility is product leadership, the individual should be comfortable reading code, writing prototypes, analysing data, developing proof-of-concepts, and contributing technically when necessary.
What You Will Do
Product Strategy & Ownership Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a small to medium product, or for a major component of a larger CTI-MD product. Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges, opportunities, and unmet needs. Translate business objectives into clear product strategies, measurable outcomes, and prioritized roadmaps. Define and track product success metrics and business value realized, demonstrating measurable improvement in key departmental KPIs. Identify market and industry opportunities that inform product direction and business unit goals. Product Discovery Lead discovery activities including user research, workflow analysis, process mapping, and solution evaluation. Develop deep understanding of business processes and operational workflows. Validate assumptions through experimentation, data analysis, prototypes, and user feedback. Technical Product Leadership Work closely with engineering teams to shape technical solutions and architecture decisions. Translate business requirements into detailed product and technical requirements. Evaluate technology options, architectural trade-offs, integrations, scalability, and technical risks. Drive data-driven, and platform-thinking approaches. Delivery & Execution Partner with engineering teams through design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Manage product backlogs and prioritization decisions. Balance customer needs, business priorities, compliance requirements, and technical constraints. Ensure products are delivered with quality, security, and operational excellence. AI & Digital Innovation Identify opportunities for AI, automation, analytics, and digital technologies within CTI-MD products. Drive adoption of modern engineering and AI-enabled product development
