Position
Summary The Global Technology & Solutions (GTS) organization is seeking a highly technical and business-oriented Sr. Engineer – Performance Management Platforms to lead evolution of Carlyle's Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) ecosystem. This Sr. Engineer will own Carlyle's OneStream SaaS platform and drive the modernization of financial technology through cloud adoption, AI-enabled solutions, enterprise integrations, and engineering excellence. The ideal candidate combines deep OneStream SaaS expertise with strong engineering leadership, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to rapidly prototype and deploy innovative business solutions using AI and modern cloud technologies. This role will lead a team of internal and external consultants that have been supporting OneStream for over 5+ years while partnering closely with Finance, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Internal Audit, Infrastructure, Security, Product Owners, and executive leadership. In-Office Requirement: 4 days per week in office Primary Responsibilities Platform Strategy & Ownership Own the overall roadmap for Carlyle's OneStream Cloud platform. Evaluate and implement new OneStream capabilities including Genesis, AI Studio, Dynamic Cube Services, BI Designer, and Productivity Pack. Drive platform modernization while balancing stability, scalability, and business priorities. Partner with Product Owner to define and prioritize the platform roadmap. OneStream SaaS Leadership Lead Carlyle's migration from OneStream On-Prem to OneStream SaaS. Manage platform upgrades, release planning, and continuous adoption of new functionality. Partner with OneStream and implementation partners throughout the migration lifecycle. Drive platform optimization following migration. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team – 2 Internal, 3 Managed Services Establish standards and best practices. Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Manage consultants, managed service providers, and vendor relationships. AI & Forward Deployment Engineering Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve Finance processes. Drive adoption of AI capabilities available within OneStream and complementary enterprise platforms.

Education & Certificates Bachelor’s degree, required Concentration in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting Information Systems, or related field, strongly preferred Professional Experience 5+
