The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.   The Opportunity The TechOps SAP Integration Suite Manager is responsible for leading the design, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of enterprise integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite (SAP BTP Integration Suite). The role combines technical leadership, operational governance, stakeholder management, and team leadership to ensure seamless integration between SAP and non-SAP systems. Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and oversee-ing team management as needed for task execution. Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.

Technical Leadership

Lead integration development teams and provide technical guidance. Review solution designs, integration flows, and technical specifications. Mentor developers and promote engineering excellence. Drive technology adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.

SAP Integration Suite Operations (TechOps)

Manage production support and operational readiness. Monitor integration interfaces and message processing. Handle incidents, root cause analysis, and problem management. Ensure SLA compliance and service availability. Implement proactive monitoring and alerting mechanisms.

Solution Development & Delivery

Oversee development of integration flows, APIs, mappings, and adapters. Support integrations using REST, SOAP, OData, SFTP, IDoc, RFC, and APIs. Participate in complex integration design and implementation activities. Ensure successful deployment through Dev, QA,
