Skills and Competencies 10+ years of enterprise sales experience within Financial Services, Risk Management, Financial Information, Data, Analytics, or Technology solutions Proven success selling to Tier 1 banks, insurers, asset managers, and other large financial institutions across Australia and New Zealand Strong understanding of Credit Risk Management, Ratings, Credit Research, Regulatory Risk, and Data & Analytics solutions Experience selling Artificial Intelligence, Generative Artificial Intelligence, Agentic Artificial Intelligence, or Intelligent Automation solutions to enterprise clients Demonstrated ability to originate, manage, and close large, complex, multi-year strategic sales opportunities Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and build credibility with C-suite executives and senior business leaders Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills in a client-centric environment Deep expertise in artificial intelligence, with a track record of implementing advanced AI solutions to drive strategic transformation and operational efficiency. Strong experience using AI tools to lead innovation initiatives. Demonstrated leadership in managing AI-related risks, ensuring ethical governance, and fostering a culture of responsible AI adoption across the organization.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, Data Science, or a related field Advanced degree or relevant professional qualifications preferred Responsibilities Drive revenue growth across Tier 1 Financial Institutions by acquiring new business and expanding strategic client relationships across Oceania. Identify, develop, and close strategic new business opportunities across major banks, insurers, asset managers, and financial institutions Manage and expand a portfolio of strategic accounts through cross-sell and upsell initiatives to drive revenue growth Build and maintain relationships with senior executives, including Heads of Risk, Credit, Data, Technology, and Artificial Intelligence functions Position Ratings, Research Data, Credit Risk, Analytics, and Agentic Artificial Intelligence solutions to address client business challenges and transformation objectives Develop and execute account plans and sales strategies to achieve and exceed annual sales targets Lead complex enterprise sales cycles including stakeholder engagement, solution positioning, commercial negotiations, and contract execution Collaborate with Relationship Management, Product Specialists, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver client outcomes and long-term growth Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, competitive intelligence, and market insight to support business planning About the Team Our Sales team is responsible for delivering sustainable revenue growth by partnering with financial institutions across global markets.
