The US Payroll Tax Compliance Accountant oversees TI's payroll tax processes, ensuring accurate withholdings, reporting, and remittances across federal, state, and local jurisdictions. They mitigate tax and legal risks, resolve agency notices, and align system configurations between HCM and multiple vendor integrations with evolving tax legislation. The position will be responsible for facilitating all government reporting requirements for payroll taxes, withholding and employer contributions utilizing established guidelines, procedures, and policies.
