Working closely with our Transaction and Asset Management professionals, you will support all stages of the real estate investment lifecycle, including acquisitions, asset management, and disposals. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytically minded professional who is passionate about real estate investing and eager to gain exposure to a broad range of transactions and investment strategies. Among your responsibilities might be: Support the evaluation and underwriting of real estate investment opportunities. Prepare financial models, cash flow analyses, investment papers, and presentations. Assist with acquisitions, due diligence processes, and transaction execution. Participate in meetings with external stakeholders and property inspections. Support the management and monitoring of the existing French real estate portfolio. Assist with asset business plans, reporting, and portfolio analysis. Collaborate with investment, fund management, and operations teams across Europe. Contribute to asset management initiatives and broader business projects. You need to have: Essential Qualifications & Experience Fluency in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Advanced financial modelling capabilities in Excel. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word. Previous internship experience in real estate, private equity, investment banking, M&A, or related investment fields. Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive mindset and keen attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ARGUS. Strong academic background from a leading European business school, engineering school, or university. Exposure to real estate acquisitions, asset management, or investment analysis. Why This Opportunity?
