What you’ll do The role responsibilities include: · Review plan and profile drawings, route drawings, tower spotting outputs, clearance-related drawings, conductor/OPGW drawings, grounding details, and interface drawings. · Check drawing consistency against PLS-CADD outputs, design basis, survey information, and substation termination requirements. · Support mark-ups, comment sheets, and interface tracking. · Coordinate with transmission line electrical, structural, civil, telecom, and substation teams. What you’ll have · Diploma or relevant technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Drafting, Transmission Line Design, or related discipline. · Minimum 8 years of relevant transmission line design/drafting experience. · Experience with HV/EHV transmission line projects is preferred, with 500kV experience as an advantage. · Proficient in PLS-CADD drawing/output review and AutoCAD; MicroStation experience is preferred. · Strong attention to alignment, clearances, drawing quality, and interface details.
