Our logistics department is the central hub responsible for coordinating room setups, relocations, mail and parcel distribution, and archiving activities. These activities take place at our client’s sites in Beerse and Geel. We are looking for a motivated employee to strengthen our team at the central reception desk. In this role, you will be responsible for: receiving goods and distributing them across the sites. handling the related administrative tasks, including parcel registration, telephone communication with recipients, data input and follow-up in the central system, handling mismatches supporting the invoicing process. ensuring that goods are correctly matched with the end user and that invoicing and deliveries are completed accurately and efficiently. Managing the general mailbox of the central reception and ensure that incoming emails are forwarded to the correct department or person. In addition, you may act as a backup for supporting tasks during colleagues’ absences or whenever additional support is needed within the department.
