Summary We are seeking a strategic and transformational Director of Technology Product Management to lead a portfolio of AI-powered provider, clinical, and specialty healthcare products. This leader will define product strategy, drive innovation, and deliver solutions that improve clinical outcomes, provider experience, operational efficiency, and business value. The ideal candidate combines deep healthcare domain expertise with solid product leadership, AI acumen, and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams in a complex, matrixed environment.

Product Strategy and AI Innovation Define and execute the vision, roadmap, and investment strategy for provider, clinical, and specialty products Lead adoption of Generative AI, AI agents, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation to transform healthcare workflows Identify opportunities to improve quality, affordability, provider experience, and operational efficiency through AI-enabled solutions Product Leadership Own end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy through execution and value realization Prioritize investments based on business impact, customer needs, and measurable outcomes Drive modernization and digital transformation across clinical and provider-facing platforms Stakeholder Partnership Partner with clinical, operational, technology, and business leaders to align priorities and deliver value Influence senior executives and serve as a trusted advisor on product and AI strategy Leadership and Team Development Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers and Product Leaders Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning Build organizational AI fluency and champion responsible AI adoption Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 10+ years in Product Management, Technology, Digital Health, or related fields 5+ years leading product teams and people leaders Experience delivering provider, clinical, specialty care, payer, or healthcare technology solutions Experience with AI, machine learning, or data-driven products Proven success driving enterprise-scale product strategy and execution Proven solid communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree (MBA, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field) Experience with Generative AI, AI agents, LLMs, and healthcare AI solutions Experience leading large transformation or modernization programs Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7) Leadership Competencies: Strategic Vision & Product Thinking AI & Digital Transformation Leadership Executive Influence & Change Leadership Talent Development & Coaching Outcome-Based Decision Making
