FNF Construction, Inc., a leading heavy civil general contractor serving the Southwestern United States, is seeking a skilled Lube and Oil Technician to support the maintenance and reliability of its fleet of heavy equipment and vehicles. The Lube and Oil Technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance services, including lubrication, oil and fluid changes, filter replacements, and routine inspections on construction equipment, trucks, and support vehicles. Our collaborative, partnership-driven approach has built long-standing relationships with both public and private clients across projects of varying size and complexity. • Perform preventive maintenance services on heavy construction equipment, trucks, and support vehicles, including oil changes, lubrication, and fluid checks. • Inspect equipment and vehicles for signs of wear, damage, leaks, or potential mechanical issues and report findings to supervisors or mechanics. • Maintain proper fluid levels, including engine oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, transmission fluid, and fuel system additives. • Safely operate service trucks, fueling equipment, and lubrication systems in shop and field environments. • Assist mechanics with minor repairs and maintenance activities as needed. • Monitor and maintain inventory of oils, lubricants, filters, and related supplies. • Keep work areas, service vehicles, and maintenance facilities clean, organized, and free of hazards. • Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and environmental requirements related to the handling, storage, and disposal of petroleum products and hazardous materials. • Respond to field service calls to perform lubrication and preventive maintenance on equipment operating at construction sites. • Perform other duties as assigned to support fleet maintenance and construction operations. • Candidates must have a current CDL class A or Class B with HAZMAT and Tank Endorsements and an acceptable 5 year driving history and PSP Report. • Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience servicing heavy equipment and fleet vehicles. • Duties require that the Technician be able to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds and safely climb and balance on ladders and equipment. • The position is safety sensitive as the Technician will work in inclement weather and around active heavy equipment and machinery. • The Technician will frequently drive long distances between project sites. Travel is required.
