QA Engineering Lead, Product Quality Assurance

Meta is seeking an experienced Quality Engineering Lead to shape the quality strategy for our core and business products (Instagram, Facebook, Meta AI, WhatsApp, Ads, Privacy). In this role, you will set the vision for product quality across engineering organizations and drive it through complex, ambiguous programs that span multiple teams and geographic locations, for products that serve billions of people worldwide. You will operate as a force multiplier, partnering with engineering, infrastructure, and product leaders to raise the bar on quality at Meta's scale, and influencing senior stakeholders across regions on high-impact decisions.
