Lead test manufacturing readiness activities for new product introductions from concept through volume production. Develop and manage integrated test project plans, ensuring alignment across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and external partners. Drive readiness reviews covering test production setup, materials, capacity, test infrastructure, systems, and resource requirements. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to schedule, quality, materials, capacity, equipment, and manufacturing processes. Monitor project execution, track critical milestones, and provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders. Support capital equipment planning and facility requirements to meet future production demand. Lead issue resolution through structured problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, quality, and operational performance. Ensure compliance with company quality systems, regulatory requirements, and manufacturing standards.

Bachelor's degree in Elec/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, engineering, supply chain, or NPI program management. Proven experience managing cross-functional projects in a test manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of NPI processes, manufacturing operations, supply chain management, and production ramp-up. Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with global manufacturing sites and contract manufacturers is preferred. Software coding, test development experience Strong leadership and influencing skills. Strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making and risk management capability. Excellent problem-solving, conflict-resolution skills and able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
