We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. This is a Hybrid role, reporting to the VP, Mergers & Acquisitions. Our general and administrative teams help support and scale our global organization, providing a strong foundation for sustainable growth. Based in our Escazú office, you will provide critical program, administrative, and integration support to our U.S.-based Business & Corporate Development team.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

• Support M&A integration programs by developing workstream execution plans, tracking milestones, and communicating risks to the Integration Management Office

• Orchestrate complex executive calendars, proactively prioritizing competing demands and resolving cross-time zone conflicts

• Lead the end-to-end planning and logistics for high-profile meetings, quarter-end reviews, leadership offsites, and global team travel

• Oversee precise expense reporting, purchase order creation, and operational budget coordination across corporate tools

• Maintain team resources, facilitate cross-functional alignment, and handle sensitive business matters with complete discretion

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving

• Foundational experience in project management, including basic planning, tracking, and execution of functional initiatives

• 2+ years of administrative or program support experience, with a track record supporting senior leadership

• Expertise in managing complex scheduling, global travel, and logistics across multiple time zones

• Advanced proficiency in collaboration
