We are looking for a highly motivated PhD candidate or early-career professional to join our experienced technology reliability development team. In this role, you will perform TCAD simulation, characterization, and modeling of transistor reliability mechanisms. Responsibilities include:
TCAD device simulation for device reliability optimization. Assess the impact of process/layout on transistor reliability. Develop Reliability Models based on data and underlying degradation kinetics. Perform Bench testing and collect data Develop new test capability using parametric analyzers and bench equipment Long term package level testing for reliability modeling BTI process optimization for advanced analog/CMOS nodes The person performing this role must be capable to plan effectively, drive schedules, meet critical deadlines on multiple tasks in parallel, lead technical discussions in their area of expertise, and work effectively across organizational boundaries. They must be able to clearly communicate project status and actions. Additionally, they must be able to interface with multiple organizations and work well on a diverse team to accomplish goals.
