As a Lien Perfection Associate for John Deere Financial located in Johnston, IA , you will be responsible for: • Securing JDF interest in installment, lease, and wholesale financed equipment by timely filing of UCC financing statements, amendments, continuations, and at conclusion, terminations. • Initiating lien searches as needed or requested, analyze or provide results, determine appropriate action to maintain first priority lien and provide appropriate notifications. • Research and process internal and external requests relating to our security interest position, subordinations, releases, and titles or MCO’s. • Review and evaluate internal reporting, complete changes required to maintain perfection of security interest according to RA9 law. • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a virtual global team environment by exhibiting high personal work standards, communication skills, a team-focused approach, and self-motivation. • Demonstrated ability to manage time and resources effectively, including prompt follow-up on outstanding items and ensuring work is completed efficiently. • Experience building strong working relationships by focusing on customer and/or dealer needs. • Experience utilizing attention to detail to review data and documents for accuracy as well as the ability to multi-task with multiple systems, products, and processes. What Makes You Stand Out
• 1 or more years of experience working in the finance industry. • 1 or more years of experience working handling incoming/outbound phone calls from external customers and/or dealers. • 1 or more years of experience utilizing negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Education
