The operations associate is responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and processing various activities in support of property and casualty insurance operations. The candidate will need to perform activities with a high degree of accuracy and consistently meet service level requirements. This position will be part of the FINPRO team Tasks/Responsibilities •Policy Issuance •Endorsement Issuance •Vendor invoicing •Quality Assurance •Rating/Quoting support •Policy file documentation •File Set Ups •User Acceptance Testing •File Audits •Interact with team and customers to complete deliverables •Communicate issues or queries on a timely basis to ensure quick resolutions •Assist with troubleshooting and improving processes, as needed Required Skills/Experience •Strong math and analytical skills •Excellent problem-solving ability •Excellent proficiency with MS Excel & ability to apply it •Organized & methodical approach to tasks •Ability and willingness to learn •Collaborative teammate with positive attitude Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Optional Requirements •Strong verbal/written communication with fluency in the English language •Analytical and problem solving ability •Detail and quality minded •Collaborative and team-oriented with ability to execute within an international team •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Flexible with changing requirements and ability to learn new processes quickly Education Bachelor's Degree Do you like solving complex business problems, working with talented colleagues and have an innovative mindset?
