Job Descriptions - Level 2 Engineer – Windows / Azure AD / O365 / Intune Role Summary We are looking for a Level 2 Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Windows administration, Azure Active Directory, Intune, and Microsoft 365 support. The role will be responsible for handling operational support, troubleshooting complex incidents, managing user access and identity services, and ensuring stable and secure end-user computing services.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 support for Windows server and desktop environments using Intune Manage and troubleshoot Azure AD, hybrid identity, and synchronization issues Support Microsoft 365 services including Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online Handle user provisioning, deprovisioning, group management, and access control Investigate and resolve incidents related to authentication, mailbox issues, device compliance, and collaboration tools Monitor system health and take proactive action to prevent service disruptions Coordinate with Level 1, Level 3, vendors, and cross-functional IT teams for issue resolution Support patching, upgrades, system hardening, and compliance activities Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles Participate in on-call support and major incident resolution as needed Required Skills Strong knowledge of Windows administration and troubleshooting Hands-on experience with Azure AD, Intune, and hybrid identity environments Good experience in Microsoft 365 administration and support Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and authentication mechanisms Experience with user lifecycle management and access governance Familiarity with endpoint and device management concepts Good understanding of ITSM processes such as incident, change, and problem management Strong troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills Preferred Skills Experience with Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and PowerShell scripting Exposure to security and compliance features within Microsoft 365 Knowledge of Windows server administration and virtualization environments Relevant Microsoft certifications will be an advantage Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field Typically, 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in Windows, Intune, Azure AD, and O365 support Committed to diversity and inclusion At Manhattan, it’s about more than just the work.
