Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a NATO Systems Engineer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Systems Engineering organization. This role is located in Rancho Bernardo, CA. In this role, you should expect to perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. You'll be responsible for analyses performed at all levels of total system product: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Additionally, you will ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements maintain accuracy, transforming them into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. This will require functional analysis, timeline analysis, detailed trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. Essential Functions: Evaluate anomalies, and assist with the disposition and correction of integration issues Present technical recommendations to internal and external technical leadership Perform requirements traceability of defects Develop, de-bug and execute Regression Verification Tests Perform hands-on Integration within Test environment Support field operations including maintenance and mission support Basic Qualifications: Must have a Bachelors of Science degree in a STEM field and at least 2 years of relevant military / professional experience, OR a Master's Degree in a STEM field and at least some of relevant military / professional / academic experience Must have an active US Government Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).

Experience conducting end to end system integration, verification and validation Experience with RQ-4 air vehicle, ground segment, sensor payloads, COMMS and support equipment Primary Level Salary Range: $0.00 - $0.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
