Clinical Nutrition Manager I - Healthcare

Sodexo seeks a Registered Dietitian for a Hybrid Clinical Nutrition Manager role at UNC Rockingham Hospital in Eden, NC. This 105-bed hospital and 121-bed long-term care facility is conveniently located near Greensboro, NC, and Danville, VA. You’ll oversee daily nutrition services, drive program excellence, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care. In this position, you’ll ensure regulatory compliance, manage clinical operations, and support both team development and client satisfaction while making a meaningful impact on health outcomes. Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Education Requirement: Master’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field with required coursework and supervised practice per ACEND guidelines OR, for those eligible prior to 1/1/2024: Bachelor’s degree meeting ACEND requirements.
