The Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisition Advisory team provides veteran insight into industry landscape and helps clients find the right solutions and opportunities afforded by this insight.  GC Securities delivers analysis, innovative solutions and execution as stages in a single client relationship, not a series of one-off engagements with different business units. This holistic approach extends beyond Guy Carpenter itself to the resources of Marsh companies, and any specialised partners that can help our client succeed. We will rely on you to: Assist the team in liaising with investor base during marketing and settlement phase of primary bonds to ensure all details are obtained and up to date. Assist the team in managing primary issuance orderbooks. Assist the team with the preparation of investor presentations and marketing materials. Update of general marketing material, including market updates. Assist the team with the arrangement of investor meetings and road shows (where required). Maintaining details of all relevant ILS transactions in the general market (not just GCS transactions). Assist the team in preparation of information for RFPs and RFIs. Production of information for internal and external stewardship meetings. Respond to one off requests from colleagues and clients. Create ad-hoc presentations and participate in client meetings. Assist with research for bespoke GC publications and presentations.
