What You Will Do
Lead technical working groups to drive issue resolution, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and achieve program objectives. Advise stakeholders through high-impact briefings, delivering defensible, data-backed recommendations that shape technical and programmatic outcomes. Coordinate cross-team technical activities, ensuring clear communication, shared priorities, and effective execution. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the TIP process to extract, analyze, and interpret data. Perform trending and performance analysis on system hardware and software. Diagnose and resolve unexpected software and hardware issues independently and in collaboration with cross-functional experts. Coordinate and collaborate effectively with multiple program teams. Complete steps in the TIP process to close out M-OTP requirements and sell off analysis results to customer.
Qualifications
You Must Have: Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and 8+ years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience. Experience in command-and-control systems and operations. Experience building and maintaining effective customer relationships. Experience collaborating with senior technical management. Experience conducting technical investigations and communicating findings to leadership. Experience performing in-depth pulse level offline ELINT analysis utilizing the CBET tool suite. Experience performing the tasks involved during a TIP. An active and transferable TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for the required security clearance.
Qualifications
We Prefer: Organizational, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills Analytical and problem-solving abilities to include the use of Kibana or Tableau. Experience with scripting and programming languages, including UNIX/Linux environments, MATLAB, Perl, C++, Java, JavaScript, and Python.
