Position Summary
The Maintenance Repair Worker I will perform a variety of skilled and semi-skilled work to maintain all physical aspects of the facility while maintaining OSHA compliance and working cooperatively with other departments to assure facility readiness and smooth operation of events. This role pays an hourly rate of $27.00-$31.00 Benefits for Full-Time roles: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, 401(k) Savings Plan, 401(k) matching, and Paid Time Off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays). This position will remain open until November 13, 2026.

Responsibilities
Perform painting, flooring, carpentry, masonry, glass repair, and construction as directed at a highly skilled level, inclusive of but not limited to drywall installation and repair, d etailed professional painting, c eiling repairs, c arpet and ceramic tile repair and/or installation, and d oor repairs. Plumbing repairs and maintenance to drainage and irrigation systems, commercial kitchen equipment, commercial restrooms, and hot water systems. Complete routine preventive maintenance for facility maintenance equipment for the building, including but not limited to staging equipment, basketball equipment, building equipment, and door repairs. Assist/handle facility projects such as but not limited to new construction. Daily inspections of the facility to detect malfunctions and/or needed repairs. Completion of the Maintenance Pre-, Post-, and Event Checklists for all events. Maintain all shops in a clean and organized manner.
